We meet at your property, and I get to know the architecture and the surroundings. We get super clear about all the critical shots that need to be covered so you can decide which package you would like to book.
02 Confirmation
After signing a digital contract and paying a 50% deposit, we schedule a day for the shooting of your property.
03 Production
I will take the time to shoot all the details we have discussed in our briefing to let your listing shine in the best light.
04 Postproduction
I will prepare all the footage for editing and will give you three music tracks to choose from as background music. During post-production, you will have several revisions depending on your package.
05 APPROVAL
After your feedback in the last review cycle, the other 50% of the payment is due.
06 DELIVERY
I will provide you with the files included in your package via a download link and you are ready to share your story with the world.

How I’m different
My name is Sascha Kaus and I am a german videographer based in Ibiza. I have 25 years of experience in the media industry and the same amount of years visiting and living in Ibiza.
I care deeply about the results I deliver and the relationships that I have with my clients. I want to get to know you and your business so I can deliver the perfect solution for you to get more clients.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I am based between Ibiza, Cologne and Berlin. Most of the year I am on the white island but I still travel a lot for work. The prices in the packages include travel-costs within Ibiza but I am happy to travel to wherever you need me. Get in contact and we can discuss the details.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SHOOT?
I want to make sure we have the best shooting conditions when we agree on working together. In the process of getting to know each other and in the planning stage, we decide on a window that will allow us the maximum flexibility. So if the weather will not allow for good shooting conditions we will reschedule for another day.
Who owns THE VIDEO?
Once I have delivered the video you own the rights to it and can use it wherever you like as long as you want. I will not hand out the original files and edit data and I ask you to contact me before you alter the edit.
DO YOU ALSO OFFER OTHER SERVICES?
