With 25+ years of experience in TV and video production, I specialize in concept development, calculations, realization, editorial work, production, design, and postproduction. As a skilled videographer and editor, I have a strong sense of storytelling and image design, paired with expertise in visual conception, motion design, and animation. In addition to my media production career, I bring over 10 years of practice in Yoga, Mindfulness, and Bodywork. I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork facilitator, and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. My experience extends to organizing yoga events and retreats across Germany, France, and Spain. I am also a plant-based chef and vegan nutrition specialist, providing culinary consultancy and private chef services for yoga retreats, private parties, and weddings.
